NOW CASTING "Sarah Baeumler By Design", an all-new design series that follows Sarah as she tackles major transformations – from homeowners with once-in-a-lifetime personal milestones, to business owners on the verge of a critical launch – all while racing against the clock to deliver a show-stopping space.

We're seeking residential and commercial remodels tied to a milestone, launch, reopening, next step, or pressing deadline. Whether it's transforming a beloved space ahead of an event, reinventing a business for a Grand Opening, or finally creating a place that supports how you want to live, we want to hear about it.

WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT:

Professional design services.
Bespoke advice and guidance from Sarah Baeumler and her team.
Contributed products and/or services and/or labour up to a value of $10,000.
Professional photographs of completed space.
If a Commercial Property, your business will appear on national TV (and beyond!).
And a one-of-a-kind experience!

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Be located in Toronto/Greater Toronto Area.
Be available to film and remodel your project before October 2026.
Have already started your remodel/makeover in some capacity.
Have a realistic budget for your project (a minimum spend of approx. $75,000).
Be willing to hand over control of the project and your budget to our talented team.
Be available to appear on-camera for a handful of days, over the course of the project.
Be willing to vacate your space throughout the makeover/remodel and filming process; Production will not provide accommodations.
Be dynamic, outgoing, and excited about the opportunity to appear on-camera!

VISUAL MATERIALS:

To complete your application, you will be required to submit the visuals listed below. In advance, we recommend that you save the visuals to your desktop so that they're ready to submit with your application.

Photos:

A favourite photo of yourself and any other key people involved in your project.
At least 3 photos of your space in its current state.

Videos:

An introduction video of the applicant(s), 60-90 seconds.
A separate video that shows us the space and explains your goals, any roadblocks currently in your way, and the looming deadline you're facing.
If you record using your phone, PLEASE HOLD YOUR PHONE SIDEWAYS/HORIZONTALLY.

Note: We highly recommend that you complete your application on a laptop or desktop computer (not via mobile).

THE BUDGET

A minimum budget of approx. $75,000 is required to participate in the show.
Final budgets required for participation will be determined by the final scope of work.
If selected, proof of financing will be required before the design process can begin.

I understand that this application (“Application”) is solely for the purpose of evaluating potential participants for a television series/program (“Program”), and completing this Application and submitting supporting materials does not guarantee me and/or my project and/or renovation will be selected to participate in the Program.

Upon submission, I understand that this Application and any other material which is submitted by me, including, but not limited to, personal information, pictures, film and videotapes, becomes property of B3M SB Productions I Inc. (“Producer”) and Producer is under no obligation to return these materials to me.
